Account and Data Requests

This page applies to Fire Inspector and Fire Inspector Preview, operated by Leech Labs.

To request account closure, deletion, or correction, contact your company administrator and email hello@leechlabs.io with the subject “Fire Inspector account and data deletion request”. Supply the account email, company name, and whether your request concerns your account, specific work records, uploaded evidence, or device-local data. Never send your password or authentication tokens.

We must verify your identity and authority over company-owned records before acting. Removing an account is different from deleting your company’s equipment, inspections, signatures, and service history. Your company may need to retain records, and backup/security retention may also apply. No fixed deletion deadline, automatic deletion capability, or universal retention period is established.

The current app has no automatic in-app account-deletion function. Signing out does not erase all work. Confirm synchronization and contact your administrator before clearing local storage, which can lose unsynchronized records.
